This new self-service restaurant is every inch Belgian: from the food that it served to the slightly surreal interior decoration.

As an advisor to the restaurant, star chef David Martin designed a new menu focused on fish and seafood. The best of the sea is brought in a pleasant setting with a view of the airport activities.

Of course, Black Pearls' menu also includes sushi, freshly prepared on site by a master sushi chef. All this combined with a good champagne or a nice glass of wine, a unique gastronomic experience.
