Checking in before your departure
Go to the airport on time. For a flight within the EU, it is best to be at the airport one and a half to two hours in advance. We recommend extending this margin to three hours for long-distance flights.
Tip: If you only carry hand luggage, you can go straight to the screening zone.
Hold luggage can be checked in at the designated desk of the airline company. If needed, a boarding pass can be provided. The screens containing the flight schedules indicate to which check-in desk you should go.
Tip: With the app of Brussels Airport, you always have all the information you need at hand. Enter your flight number and the app will immediately show you, among other things, to which check-in desk you should go.
A number of airline companies also offer express check-in at our airport. Have a look at the detailed list of airline companies providing the aforementioned service.
