Check-in

As of now, check-ins for all airlines are back at the previous departures hall.

The flight-information monitors show at which desk your airline is awaiting you. In case you do not have a boarding pass yet and/or you want to drop off some luggage, go to your airline’s check-in desk.

In case you already possess a boarding pass (because you checked in online on your airline’s website) and only travel with hand luggage, you are allowed to proceed to security.

If you are travelling with nothing but hand luggage, you can also check in at the “Self check-in” kiosks.

Please make sure to allocate a sufficient amount of time to settle all formalities on the day of your flight. As far as flights within the EU are concerned, we strongly recommend to arrive to the airport 2 hours before take-off. When leaving for a destination outside the EU, allow a 3-hour margin. Both margins allow you enough time.
There's no need to come any earlier.

Download a useful information guide which points you from your front door to the airplane in 4 simple steps. It contains helpful information, tips and facts that will facilitate your trip.

In order to facilitate checking in at Brussels Airport and saving some time in the process, we offer several ways for our passengers to check in.
